Refund Policy
At Anita’s Shine Service, we are committed to providing excellent cleaning services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below:

No Refunds for Completed Services: We do not offer refunds once a cleaning service has been completed.

Refunds Only If We Cancel: Refunds will be issued only if Anita’s Shine Service cancels your appointment. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

Client Inspection Required: It is the client’s responsibility to inspect the work before the cleaning team leavesthe premises. Any missed areas must be reported immediately.

No Re-Cleans After Departure: We will not return for re-cleaning requests made after our team has left the property.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
